Sadik Ali Saiyed filed complaint against Bsnl-bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited on Oct 22, 2018
Since so long I am facing landline disturbance issues and poor internet connectivity and slow speed, I have complained so many time and every time they assured me that my complaint will be resolve soon. But only two time their technicians came to my residence to look into the issue. And they knows nothing, they disconnects the cables from phone and router and connects it again and tells us that problem is solved now. But this problem is never been solved. They sends technically very poor guys. They have no Idea how to solve the issue. I have complained so many times that I can't remember exact numbers. I am paying approx **** inr every month to BSNL for nothing because in return they are providing me poor telephone connection and worst internet. BSNL claims that they provides **mbps broadband speed, but please see the screenshot I have attached, you will get idea that what kind of speed I am getting. I am tired now I have no option except discontinue the BSNL services. I am requesting to whom so ever concerned person to please look into this issue because in BSNL no one has ability to solve the problems of their customers.
